What this website collects.
Short version: only what you type into the list form, it is emailed to us, and we never sell it. Last updated October 1, 2026.
The founding-church list
When you join the list we collect your church name, your name and your email. If you choose to, you can also give a phone number, what software your church uses now, and roughly how many people attend. Those last three are optional.
We use it to write or call you about Chapelbook, and for nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.
Where it goes
The form is handled by Netlify, our website host (Netlify Forms), which holds the submission and emails a copy to samjbartolotta@gmail.com. Hidden spam-trap fields are used to turn away bots. To have your entry deleted, email or call us and we will delete it from our inbox and from Netlify.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Our host keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address and page requested) as part of serving the site.
Children
This website is for church staff and leaders. Please don't submit information about a child.
The product itself
Chapelbook the app is not open to churches yet. A full privacy policy, terms and a data agreement for churches are being reviewed before any church signs up. See terms and data agreement.
